Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IAM roles
• Experience with firewall management and security configurations
• Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, PingFederate, or HashiCorp Vault
• Strong understanding of security compliance and risk management
• Experience with cloud security, particularly in Azure environments
• Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Experience with security automation and incident response
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
