We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an international project within the financial services sector, focused on managing technology and cybersecurity initiatives across complex IT environments.

You will work throughout the full project lifecycle, coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully delivered within the defined scope, budget, timeline, and security requirements.

🧡 About the Project

You will join an international and multicultural technology environment within the financial services sector, where cybersecurity plays a key role in protecting business-critical systems and information.

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will work closely with Security, Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations, Development teams, and business stakeholders, overseeing cybersecurity initiatives from initial planning and design through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage cybersecurity and IT projects throughout their full lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical resources and multidisciplinary teams across different project phases.
• Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery according to agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and monitor project and cybersecurity risks.
• Define and follow appropriate risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure clear communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, including progress, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage dependencies, priorities, blockers, and potential project issues.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Development teams.
• Ensure projects follow internal security standards, governance processes, and established methodologies.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in Project Management, preferably within IT, infrastructure, or cybersecurity environments.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• Experience managing complex technology projects involving multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of cybersecurity domains such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Security, Infrastructure Security, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in international and multidisciplinary environments.
• Previous experience within banking, financial services, or insurance is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is valued.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent are a plus.
• Cybersecurity certifications or training are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, organised, and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French.
• Good level of English.
