Cybersecurity Specialist | IT Risk & Governance (Mid/Senior)

At Lùkla, we're looking for Cybersecurity professionals to join an exciting international project within the financial sector, focusing on Cybersecurity Governance, IT Risk Management, and Security Assessments.

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, contribute to strategic cybersecurity initiatives, and help strengthen the security posture and operational resilience of a global organization.

Your Role

• Assess cybersecurity maturity levels and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Review security controls, compliance requirements, and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across different business areas.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to IT Risk and Security Governance.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving cybersecurity, IT continuity, and operational resilience.
• Support reporting activities and communicate assessment findings and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, IT Security Governance, or related areas.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or equivalent standards.
• Understanding of security controls, risk assessments, and compliance processes.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus.
