Core Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Function as the primary contact for high-priority cases across telephone and digital enterprise channels, upholding strict brand standards for safety and reliability.
- Complex Problem-Solving: Analyze intricate operational delays to provide quick, data-driven solutions for international corporate partners.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate directly with engineering, sales, and supply chain teams to accelerate issue resolutions and keep database entries up to date.
- Structured Hybrid Schedule: Work four days on-site at the Ghent plant combined with one flexible remote work-from-home day each week.
- Fully Paid Onboarding: Complete a fully compensated initial training program. Prior mechanical or engineering background is not required; complete technical training is supplied.
- Language Proficiency:
- Bilingual Command: Fluent mastery of Czech and Lithuanian (written and spoken), with the capability to transition seamlessly between both languages in corporate environments.
- Business English: Minimum B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) to operate internal systems, write documentation, and communicate with global teams.
