- Cross-Department Synergy: Work in close coordination with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering teams to minimize resolution times and preserve complete data precision across enterprise systems.
- Fully Paid Training: Undergo a comprehensive, fully paid corporate training program starting day one. Former experience in mechanics or engineering is not required; we supply all necessary technical knowledge and product instruction.
- Mandatory Language Skills:
- Bilingual Command: Fluent command of both Czech and Polish (written and spoken) is strictly required, including the ability to transition effortlessly between both languages in a professional setting.
- Business English: At least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) proficiency is needed to work with technical software, create internal documentation, and join global team discussions.
