What You Will Do:

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for assigned categories or materials, including requisition review, supplier selection, purchase order creation, and order follow-up.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery capability, service, and compliance.
• Negotiate routine commercial terms, prices, and delivery schedules within the agreed authority framework.
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with inventory and planning teams to support appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, finance, and other stakeholders to clarify procurement requirements and specifications.
• Track and expedite orders, resolve delivery issues, and communicate supply risks or delays.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, supplier information, and purchasing documentation.
• Support supplier performance monitoring, supplier audits, compliance checks, invoice resolution, and payment-related queries.
• Handle stakeholder queries, follow up on open items, and provide clear status updates on orders, risks, and outstanding actions.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and procurement risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contractual requirements.

What You Will Bring:

• Certificate degree, Bachelor’s degree in any field, MBA, or postgraduate qualification.
• Knowledge and experience in sourcing, logistics, procurement, or accounting principles.
• Understanding of purchasing documentation, purchase orders, supplier records, and end-to-end procurement processes.
• Experience working with ERP procurement or finance systems such as SAP, IFS, or Oracle.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a compliance-focused mindset.

About Your Contract:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
