D2C Performance Copywriter
Reach Digital | Remote (US or Canada) | Full-time or Contract
About Reach Digital
Reach Digital is a Brooklyn-based creative agency building performance ads for fast-growing D2C brands. Our team of strategists, editors, and designers ships high volumes of static and video creative for paid social, and we judge our work by one thing: does it perform?
The Role
We're looking for a D2C copywriter who writes to convert. You'll write ad copy and social content across multiple brands, working closely with our creative and design teams to turn briefs into scroll-stopping hooks, scripts, and captions.
What You'll Do
- Write hooks, headlines, and primary text for Meta and TikTok ads
- Script video ads, VSLs, and UGC scripts built around real customer pain points and angles
- Write native ads and organic social content that sounds like each brand, not like an agency
- Brief creators so their content lands on the angle
- Study what's winning (and losing) in ad accounts and use it to shape the next round of creative
- Turn around multiple variations fast so we can test more angles
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years writing performance ads or social content for D2C brands
- Experience with VSLs, native ads, UGC scripts, and briefing creators
- Proven results: ads that scaled, hooks that lifted CTR, or campaigns with numbers you can point to
- Comfortable switching between brand voices in categories like beauty, wellness, food, and lifestyle
- Understands direct response: offers, objections, angles, and why people buy
- Based in the US or Canada
- Fast, coachable, and comfortable with feedback and quick iterations
The Details
- Fully remote
- Full-time and contract options available
- Compensation based on experience
How to Apply
Send your portfolio with 3 to 5 ads you've written, along with the results each one drove (spend, ROAS, CTR, or whatever you have). Tell us in a few lines which one you're proudest of and why.
