It offers Swiss expertise throughout all CSD Group solutions and services for Lithuanian customers. In that regard, the office was given a mandate to act as an expert advisor in complex projects such as a vegetal waste incineration plant in Vilnius and the hazardous waste incineration plant of Siauliai. Another focus of the highly specialized engineers’ team is its offer of a wide range of engineering services, more particularly in BIM (Building Information Modeling), construction engineering and building technology. Possible locations: Vilnius, Kaunas or Klaipeda Your Responsibilities As part of our Digitalization Team, you will work in close collaboration with our ERP Manager and key users and actively contribute to the smooth operation and optimization of our ERP systems, as well as to the ongoing digital transformation of the CSD Group. Technical Administration : Participate in the management and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems, ensuring their reliability, stability, and continuous evolution Level 2 Support : Address and resolve complex ERP-related incidents by providing advanced functional support to end users, guaranteeing efficient and timely problem-solving Testing & Quality Assurance : Play a key role in non-regression testing during system upgrades. Verify that both technical and functional requirements are met, and perform validation of fixes and enhancement packages Documentation & Monitoring : Draft and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Contribute to budget monitoring, ensuring transparent and rigorous resource management Projects & Innovation : Actively participate in system enhancement and optimization initiatives, as well as in integration projects (including M&A). Support the Group’s innovation and sustainable growth through digital solutions Your Profile Higher education degree in Business Informatics (ES, HES, Uni) or equivalent qualification Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in ERP system management, with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) Solid knowledge of functional processes in the domains of HR, Finance, and Marketing Demonstrated experience in project management and monitoring Ideally, professional experience in a service-oriented company English mandatory; French and/or German appreciated Technical Competencies Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT) Strong technical writing skills for the creation of technical and functional documentation Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language, and to collaborate effectively with business teams Additional knowledge of Abacus, SharePoint Online, and REST APIs is an advantage Department Digitalisation and Production Locations CSD Vilnius Remote status Hybrid Employment type Contract
