Right now, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant to integrate our internal team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document functional requirements.
  
• Design business processes and functional solutions for applications.
  
• Support the functional configuration and ongoing development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service platform.
  
• Facilitate communication between end users and technical teams.
  
• Participate in workshops, functional validation sessions and testing activities.
  
• Prepare functional documentation and support user adoption of the solutions.
  

You must-have:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in application-related functional roles.
  
• Experience in requirements gathering and functional application design.
  
• Functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service platform.
  
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with end users.
  
• Good spoken and written Portuguese and English skills.
