D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect

Location: Sweden, Lund (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)

Contract: Initial 12 months

The opportunity

You will play a key role in an international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout, helping shape how a global business delivers and maintains a consistent solution across multiple countries.

Working at solution architecture level, you will bridge global standards and local business requirements, ensuring the core template supports regional needs while maintaining architectural consistency. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and local delivery teams to guide implementations from design through to deployment.

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture activities for international D365 Finance & Operations rollouts.
• Manage the global template, assessing local requirements and controlling deviations from the core solution.
• Oversee integrations, extensions and data migration to support successful deployments.
• Lead fit-gap workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Address country-specific localisation and statutory requirements across different markets.
• Support rollout planning, governance and go-live activities, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

What you will bring

• Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience leading global implementations or rollouts.
• Strong solution architecture and design experience across Finance and Supply Chain.
• Experience with global templates, country localisations and managing regional deviations.
• A solid understanding of integrations, data migration and technical solution design.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and coordinating international teams.
• Experience with D365 Retail and relevant Microsoft certifications would be beneficial.

Contract details

• Initial 12-month contract.
• Hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week onsite in Sweden.
• Candidates based elsewhere in Europe can be considered, provided they are willing to travel or relocate as required.
• Accommodation is covered by the client, with travel arrangements to be agreed.
