D365 F&O Developer (X++) - Hybrid Porto (1 day/week office) ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Join an international team supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, working closely with stakeholders across Europe. This is a hybrid, Porto-based role with a flexible engagement horizon (likely to span around 12 months) and only occasional international travel — a good fit for a mid-senior D365 F&O specialist who wants a stable, technically deep project with limited disruption to daily routine. PROJECT & CONTEXT You will resolve operational challenges by creating custom entities, fields, workflows, and reports, as well as developing custom extensions in X++. You'll provide ongoing support for D365 F&O by troubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance, conduct complex debugging and reverse engineering to address business problems within the application, and produce clear technical documentation. Start date is ASAP, with a hybrid model requiring occasional office visits (1 day/week) and minimal travel — around twice a year, one week at a time, to France or Switzerland. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required) Around 4 years of relevant experience in a mid-senior technical profile Hands-on experience developing custom extensions in X++ within Dynamics 365 F&O Experience creating custom entities, fields, workflows, and reports in D365 F&O Experience troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance in D365 F&O Strong debugging and reverse engineering skills to resolve complex business and application issues Ability to write clear, structured technical documentation Fluent English (must) Availability for occasional international travel (about twice a year, one week, to France or Switzerland) NICE TO HAVE (Preferred) Experience with Lasernet for output and document management within D365 F&O Portuguese language skills Experience working in international, multi-country project environments
