D365 F&O Project Manager – Freelance | Romania | English Speaking

TROVA SOLUTIONS is recruiting an experienced D365 F&O Project Manager based in Romania to support an international customer’s ERP transformation.

The programme is currently rolling out across Europe, with a wider global rollout to follow. A strong delivery team is already in place, and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership,

bring stakeholders together and drive successful delivery.

The Role

• Lead D365 F&O project delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate functional, technical and business teams across multiple locations.
• Manage risks, dependencies and implementation partners.
• Oversee testing, data migration, training and business readiness.
• Drive cutover planning, go-live and the transition into support.
• Apply lessons learned to improve future rollouts.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven project management experience delivering D365 F&O implementations.
• Experience with international ERP programmes or multi-country rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence coordinating Finance, Supply Chain and technical workstreams.
• A practical approach to solving problems and maintaining momentum.
• Fluent English the programme’s working language.
• Based in Romania.
