Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of enterprise Workforce Management implementation and transformation initiatives.

The Project Manager will coordinate functional, technical, testing, payroll, HR, business, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle and ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, quality, and business requirements.

Candidates may come from either an ADP WorkForce Software (WFS) or UKG Workforce Management background. Relevant UKG platforms include UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central, and related Kronos/UKG Time & Attendance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Workforce Management implementations, upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and deployment waves.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across functional consultants, technical teams, business analysts, testing teams, payroll teams, HR, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, priorities, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Lead project meetings, status reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate Workforce Management activities involving:
• Time & Attendance
• Timekeeping
• Scheduling
• Absence and Accruals
• Pay Rules
• Time Entry
• Workforce policies
• Payroll and HR/HCM integrations
• Support multi-country or multi-region implementation waves where applicable.
• Coordinate local business requirements, legislative requirements, statutory rules, and workforce policies across implementation locations.
• Work closely with technical and integration teams supporting Payroll, HRIS/HCM, ERP, and third-party interfaces.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, parallel testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status, risk, and readiness reporting.
• Support change management, business readiness, training, and adoption activities.
• Ensure appropriate governance and documentation are maintained throughout the project.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Project Management, Program Management, or enterprise implementation delivery experience within Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, HRIS, or related enterprise systems.
• Hands-on implementation or delivery experience with at least one of the following:
• ADP WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite / Workforce Time
• UKG Pro Workforce Management
• UKG Dimensions
• Kronos Workforce Central
• Other closely related UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions
• Strong understanding of Workforce Management processes including Time & Attendance, scheduling, absence, pay rules, timekeeping, and payroll.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams involving functional, technical, integration, testing, payroll, and business resources.
• Strong experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations, migrations, or transformation programs.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global, regional, or multi-country WFM implementations.
• Experience managing multiple country or deployment workstreams concurrently.
• Experience with Payroll and HCM/HRIS integrations.
• Experience with local labor legislation, statutory requirements, union rules, or collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, oil & gas, healthcare, retail, or other complex workforce environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification is an advantage.
