Then you might be our new colleague 📍 Location: Nordhavn (relocating from Ballerup in November) As a D365 HR Business Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR) implementation and transformation projects. Working at the intersection of HR, technology, and consulting, you will advise customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, from analysis and solution design to testing, training, deployment, and optimization. Your focus is not only on delivering functionality, but on understanding customer needs and helping them achieve lasting business value. You will work closely with customers, project teams, developers, and fellow consultants while contributing to the continued development of our Dynamics HR practice. Your responsibilities Facilitate workshops and collaborate with customers to understand requirements, business processes, and solution needs Design and configure D365 HR solutions based on business requirements and Microsoft best practices Support project delivery across analysis, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities Advise customers on optimization opportunities, automation, and continuous improvement while balancing new capabilities with existing investments Take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and capability development within the Dynamics HR team Support presales activities and explore new Microsoft technologies, including Copilot and AI, to create practical customer value Why join Columbus? You combine a solid understanding of HR business processes with strong D365 HR knowledge and consulting experience. You are motivated by helping customers succeed and take the time to understand their business before recommending solutions. Rather than pursuing the most advanced option, you focus on finding the right solution for the situation. You are comfortable challenging requirements when appropriate while respecting existing processes and investments. You work independently, communicate confidently with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and contribute positively to both customer engagements and team development. Qualifications Solid knowledge of HR processes combined with 5+ years of consulting or implementation experience with D365 HR or a comparable HRIS solution Experience facilitating workshops and working across analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions Customer-focused and solution-oriented, balancing requirements, standard functionality, project constraints, and long-term maintainability Ability to work independently, take ownership, collaborate effectively, and share knowledge with customers and colleagues Curiosity, a growth mindset, and fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken How to apply You can easily apply by connecting your LinkedIn profile or by uploading your CV via the link.
