Responsibilities Assist customers in both Danish and English with inquiries regarding banking products and services. Utilize your sales experience to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions. Guide customers through account management, transaction queries, and product applications. Collaborate with coworkers to achieve team-based sales targets and objectives. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. Stay informed about banking products, policies, and industry trends. Fluency in Danish and strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or sales environments, is essential. Proven sales skills with a strong track record of meeting targets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
