Customer Contact Centre in Circle K Business Centre in Riga is growing and looking for a professional who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as: Danish Speaking Customer Consultant in INGO Team Type of Employment: Temporary position for 12 months ( Remote work possibility ) Location : Riga , Latvia Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA We are looking for someone who: Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them; Is fluent in Danish (both verbal and written, at least B2 level) to communicate with Danish customers and colleagues; Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems; Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills; Has previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage). You could be the one who: Takes care of our customers via phone and email; Is responsible for card support and account administration; Manages new orders and registrations; Advises our customers regarding station campaigns and products; Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.
