Danish Speaking Customer Relation Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist with Danish language on behalf of one of our prestigious international partner. 📍 Location: Budapest

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle order entry, order follow-up, stock inquiries, backorder reporting.
• Invoicing, and claim & return processing with high accuracy and within agreed timeframes.
• Manage customer calls and complaints professionally and in line with service level agreements.
• Maintain high-quality case and call logging with timely updates until resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Fluency in both English and Danish (written and spoken),
• Relevant experience in customer support; experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in a customer-facing role, including order processing.
