KEY REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY (Must-Haves):

Languages: Fluent/native-level proficiency in Danish (C1 level) AND proficient English (B2 level) for training and internal communication.
Location & WAH (Work at Home) Rules:

If Relocating: Work-at-home must be based in Athens, Greece.
If Local: Work-at-home can be anywhere in Greece.

EU Relocation Policy: Candidates from outside the European Union (e.g., Latin America) will not be considered unless they already have a flight booked prior to starting the recruitment process.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:30 (Fixed shifts, weekends off).
Base Salary: 1,300 EUR gross/month (Indicated monthly, no annual figures).
Contract: 8-month contract with potential for extension.
Role Focus: Non-sales position dedicated purely to customer service, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.

FULL RELOCATION PACKAGE (Inside the EU):

Flight ticket provided (within the EU).
Airport pickup included.
2 weeks of hotel accommodation.
Real estate agency fee covered to help secure long-term housing.

BONUSES & TRAINING:

Productivity Bonus: Up to 200.00 EUR gross per month based on meeting service KPIs.
Training: Fully paid 5-week training conducted from home (Training at Home: YES), including 2.5 weeks of nesting.
Career Growth: Upskilling path to Senior role within 9 weeks over a 3-month period.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high-touch customer support via telephone, email, and live chat.
Help clients resolve account, payment, technical, and transaction inquiries with clarity and empathy.
Maintain accurate case documentation using internal CRM tools.
Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction without any sales requirements.
