What You’ll Do

• Provide top-quality support to our Danish-speaking customers via phone and email
• Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
• Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Near-native skills in Danish, with at least intermediate English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — even in busy moments
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus
