Danish Speaking Process Specialist

You can expect to:

· Process, solve and work with Pension administration: contract and policy creation, changes and termination, payouts, transfer in/out and miscellaneous client requests

· Communicate with client/customers in Danish over e-mails or during meetings to solve cases

· Ensure that information and documents are updated in the system

· Ensure process guidelines are followed and updated

· Provide reports, statistics and updates related to own area of work

· Meet productivity and quality metrics and highlight process related concerns proactively

· Proactively identify and solve issues

· Do other services to ensure the best experience for the customers

We expect You to:

· Have good written and verbal communication skills in Danish (B1 and upper level) and English language skills (B1 and upper level)

· Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, customer service mindset

· Be strongly motivated to provide highest level of customer satisfaction

· Have problem solving and planning skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast changing environment

· Be accurate and attentive to details

· Experience in Insurance, Finance or Customer Care would be an advantage, but not a requirement
