We are actively hiring dedicated Danish-speaking professionals to join a fully remote, elite unit representing a globally recognized premier travel organization. In this position, you will go beyond simple transactional support, transforming everyday customer service into a refined, high-touch luxury concierge journey.

Working with full remote flexibility from any location in Greece—whether you reside in historic Athens, energetic Thessaloniki, or a quiet island town—you will act as the key digital consultant and trusted point of contact for Danish travelers around the globe. Prior experience in hospitality or tourism is not required, as we offer thorough, fully paid training to set you up for long-term professional advancement.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

  • Customized Travel Care & Advisory: Serve as a dedicated personal concierge for Danish-speaking travelers by providing tailored suggestions, processing specialized reservation adjustments, booking luxury hotels or private villas, and coordinating unique operational arrangements.
  • Digital Ecosystem Support: Educate and assist customers across platform capabilities, guiding them through self-serve portal management, mobile application functionality, digital credential passes, and web-based booking tools.
  • High-Priority Disruption Management: Provide immediate assistance during unexpected travel interruptions, rapidly handling sudden flight cancellations, complex delay rerouting, overbooked transfers, and urgent lodging adjustments to minimize stress for travelers.
  • Refined Omnichannel Interaction: Deliver sophisticated, highly articulate service across various real-time channels, including incoming phone calls, professional email correspondence, and instant chat platforms in fluent Danish.
  • System Data & Case Logging: Maintain flawless operational organization by carefully documenting customer preferences, reservation modifications, unique requests, and resolution steps within enterprise CRM tools.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with internal back-office teams, international airline coordinators, and partner hotel management teams to resolve complex customer inquiries effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Language Qualifications:

    • Danish: Native or fully fluent mastery (C1/C2 level) to provide professional, culturally aligned support to high-profile Danish clientele.
    • English: Strong professional command (minimum B2 level) for using internal business tools, communicating with team members, and participating in corporate training modules.
  • Service Mindset & Demeanor: Highly empathetic, patient, and articulate communicator with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, active listening, and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Remote Readiness & Technical Aptitude: Skilled at navigating multiple digital software tools at once, coupled with strong self-motivation and discipline to excel in an autonomous, full-time work-from-home setting.
  • Work Eligibility: Full legal authorization to live and work within Greece (EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization) along with a private, quiet home office environment equipped with reliable high-speed internet.

  • Performance Bonuses: Tiered monthly performance rewards tied to customer satisfaction, service standard metrics, and data accuracy.
  • Full Equipment Package: Complete remote IT kit (comprising a high-performance laptop, dual monitor screens, keyboard, mouse, and noise-canceling headset) shipped directly to your home.
  • Health Coverage: Comprehensive private medical, dental, and life insurance benefits starting on your very first day of employment.
