Data 360 Certified Consultant

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Data 360 Certified Consultant to design, implement, and optimize robust data strategies. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and deep technical data engineering. You will be responsible for architecting data models, managing integrations across multiple platforms (including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Snowflake), and ensuring data integrity through advanced identity resolution and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Architecture & Modeling

• Design & Classify: Architect Data Lake Objects (DLOs) for incoming streams and define functional Data Model Objects (DMOs) and relationships.
• Data Categorization: Accurately classify incoming data into Profile versus Engagement data models to optimize downstream processing and activation.

2. Data Integration, Mapping, & Transformation

• Multi-Platform Ingestion: Manage and streamline data ingestion from diverse sources, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), and Snowflake.
• Data Harmonization: Define and execute data mapping and transformation rules to normalize, harmonize, and prepare data for activation.

3. SQL, Validation, & Insights

• Data Validation: Write proficient, high-performing SQL queries to validate record counts and investigate data discrepancies.
• Insight Generation: Develop calculated insights using SQL to power business intelligence and segmentations.
• Cross-Platform Support: Leverage SQL proficiency to support data analysis and querying on the Snowflake side.

4. Identity Resolution & Data Governance

• Customer Stitching: Define and implement precise matching and reconciliation rules for Identity Resolution, ensuring the system correctly merges customer profiles.
• Governance Standards: Establish and maintain data quality standards, managing completeness, consistency, data ownership, and strict security protocols.

5. Business & Platform Strategy

• Use Case Translation: Translate client business objectives into prioritized, actionable technical use cases.
• Platform Optimization: Actively manage platform licensing, consumption credits, scalability, and future cost projection to ensure a high-ROI implementation.

Required Experience:

• Certification: Must hold an active Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Consultant certification.
• Data Modeling: Strong hands-on experience in data modeling, relational databases, and designing enterprise-level schemas.
• Advanced SQL: High proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and calculation.
• Identity Resolution: Proven experience configuring reconciliation rules, deduplication, and single-customer-view logic.
• Integration Expertise: Demonstrated success ingesting and unifying data from ERPs, CRMs, and cloud data warehouses.

Preferred Qualifications (Plusses)

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake architecture and querying.
