You will independently evaluate industry and technology trends to introduce leading practices, map business processes to solution requirements utilising existing solution capabilities, support strategic and transition planning to align with business objectives, advise on disruptive business innovation and handle change management efforts, and implement end-to-end solution-designed processes and configure technological solutions. The role works with organisations to drive transformative change by translating customer visions into viable solutions and advancing industry-leading practices.
