You will work with a global medical technology company to evolve and govern its shared enterprise data and AI platform, including its Palantir integration. The platform is already live and used by multiple project and product teams, so the focus is on making it more scalable, secure and reusable, not on building it from scratch. This is a long-term engagement in a hybrid setup from Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA, where your decisions will directly affect how data and AI work across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and evolve the enterprise data and AI platform across teams and projects.
- Set architecture standards for the semantic data model, pipelines, applications, APIs and integrations.
- Build reusable platform patterns, templates, APIs and components.
- Design integrations with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, databases, APIs and SaaS platforms.
- Own platform governance: access controls, security, data protection, auditability and compliance.
- Define CI/CD, release, testing and deployment standards.
- Set up observability: logging, metrics, lineage, alerting and dashboards.
- Provide hands-on production support and root-cause analysis.
- Guide project teams and work closely with Cybersecurity, Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture and engineering.
What we expect from you:
- Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry / AIP (the key requirement).
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms at scale.
- Solid experience with semantic data modeling, data pipelines, APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong Python and SQL.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with CI/CD, security, governance, observability and production support.
- Experience integrating Snowflake, AWS, Azure and SaaS applications.
- Experience supporting shared platforms used by multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- English level C1.
- Based in the US with work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available), and able to work hybrid from Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA.
Nice to have:
- Experience with enterprise GenAI / AI platforms.
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, medtech or another regulated industry.
- Experience building reusable data products, platform SDKs and developer tooling.
Benefits:
- A senior architecture role with real ownership of a platform used across the organization.
- Work on enterprise data and AI with a global medical technology company.
- Paid vacation and sick leave.
- Hybrid work from Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA.
