What Will You Do? As our Data & AI Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping clients turn fragmented and often complex data into meaningful insights, reporting solutions, and practical AI-powered capabilities. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering real business outcomes. You'll work across a variety of client environments, connecting data from multiple systems, building reusable datasets, developing dashboards and reporting solutions, and enabling AI tools that help organisations work smarter. You'll collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, and continuously improve outcomes through data and AI. A major focus of the role will be creating clean, structured, AI-ready datasets and implementing repeatable solutions that can be leveraged across multiple clients. You have strong technical foundations in data and analytics, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
