SLS Recruitment are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Data Analytics Trainer to deliver Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeship and Skills Bootcamp programmes.

Combining technical training, learner mentoring and assessment. You will support learners to develop practical skills, complete projects and build portfolios, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of training materials and delivery methods.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong technical knowledge of data analytics, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, Access, Azure Data Fundamentals, AI and Data Governance.
• Experience in technical training, coaching, assessment or learner development.
• A recognised teaching qualification, with an assessing qualification where applicable, or willingness to work towards these.
• Relevant technical qualifications, degree-level education or demonstrable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online training.
• Mentor learners, assess work and monitor progress towards achievement.
• Develop lesson plans, learning resources and assessment materials.
• Adapt delivery to individual learning needs and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate learner records and work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams.
• Promote safeguarding, equality and high-quality teaching standards.
