Role Description The Data Analysis Facilitator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Abuja, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. In this role, the facilitator will design and deliver data analytics lessons, workshops, and practical exercises to learners, using clear explanations and real-world examples. Daily tasks include preparing teaching materials, guiding learners through data analysis projects, reviewing assignments, and providing feedback to support their progress. The facilitator will also support curriculum improvement, collaborate with the academy team to align content with industry standards, and help learners develop portfolios that showcase their skills for employment opportunities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and practical experience in Data Analytics.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics for applied problem-solving and interpretation of data.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for teaching, mentoring, and presenting complex concepts clearly.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Data Modeling and related techniques for structuring and analyzing data.
• Proficiency with common data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, Python or R) is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a technical field is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and support diverse learners with patience and professionalism.
