WordPress Community & Digital Outreach Officer
Ciniter | Nigeria | Remote | Contract | Commission-Based
ABOUT CINITER
Ciniter provides digital infrastructure to help website owners and businesses manage their operations more effectively.
We are expanding our reach among bloggers, WordPress users, publishers, and digital businesses. We are looking for someone who already understands this ecosystem and can turn that knowledge into customer acquisition.
THE ROLE
You will identify and engage bloggers, WordPress website owners, publishers, and digital agencies who could benefit from Ciniter.
This role combines WordPress knowledge, community engagement, targeted outreach, product demonstrations, and customer acquisition. It is not a generic sales role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and build targeted lists of bloggers, WordPress website owners, publishers, and relevant digital agencies.
• Engage prospects through WordPress communities, blogging networks, professional groups, email, and other appropriate channels.
• Demonstrate Ciniter and explain its relevance to website owners and publishers.
• Convert interested prospects into customers and help them complete initial setup.
• Follow up consistently and maintain accurate prospect and conversion records.
• Develop referral relationships within the WordPress and blogging communities.
• Track outreach activity, customer acquisition, and collected revenue.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have:
• Practical WordPress experience: You have used WordPress to manage a website, publish content, maintain a site, or support WordPress users.
• Knowledge of the ecosystem: You understand bloggers, publishers, website owners, and common website management workflows.
• Familiarity with WordPress communities: You know where to find and engage WordPress users, bloggers, or website owners online.
• Strong communication skills: You can explain digital products clearly and professionally.
• Independent prospecting ability: You can research prospects, initiate conversations, and follow up without relying entirely on supplied leads.
• Digital proficiency: You are comfortable with websites, email, WhatsApp, online communities, and web applications.
• Commercial drive: You can turn conversations into customer adoption and measurable revenue.
Experience with WordPress communities, blogging networks, WooCommerce, website management, digital publishing, or digital agency operations is valuable.
Applicants without practical WordPress experience should not apply.
COMPENSATION
This is an independent, commission-based engagement with no fixed salary during the initial phase.
• 30% commission on the first payment received from each new customer you acquire.
• No recurring commission.
• Commission is calculated on payments successfully received and cleared by Ciniter.
• Refunds or reversed payments may result in corresponding commission adjustments.
• Commission eligibility and payment procedures will be specified in the written engagement agreement.
There is no application fee.

• Outreach guidance and prospect-tracking procedures.
• Support with product questions during the acquisition process.
