At Linked Business, member of the Qualco Group, we improve the performance of large B2B customer portfolios through decision-ready solutions. We help solve three problems faced by banks and large companies: who is worth selling to, who is safe to do business with, and who can realistically be expected to pay. To achieve this, we transform public and corporate data into business intelligence products. We are a small, specialized team where every role carries significant responsibility.
As a Data & Anaytisis Lead, you will lead the Data & Analysis team, an existing team of four people (data analysts/QA specialists and business consultants). You will be responsible for the data models and their quality, while managing projects for our major clients. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the CTO and the technical team on a daily basis. The team covers data analysis and human-in-the-loop quality assurance, business consulting for clients, and project support.
What You Will Do:
- Design and develop the platform’s data models (relational models and company entity-relationship models) and evolve them as new products are introduced;
- Organize and automate ETL pipelines in collaboration with the CTO, reducing the amount of manual work required;
- Establish and manage the data quality framework, including checks, metrics, human-in-the-loop processes, and algorithm testing for entity matching;
- Lead the team by setting priorities, managing recruitment, supporting professional development and training, and conducting performance reviews;
- Manage client projects, primarily for banks and large companies, from requirements analysis through delivery and ongoing support;
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales support in collaboration with the product and sales teams;
- Evaluate new data sources and analytical methods to support the development of new products and services;
- Document data models, processes, and team knowledge to ensure that critical expertise does not depend on a single individual;
- Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, while supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
The First 6 Months:
- Take ownership of the existing data models, quality assurance processes, and ongoing client projects;
- Implement data quality metrics for the platform’s core datasets;
- Further automate the pipelines that involve the most manual work, in collaboration with the CTO.
- 4–7 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence (BI), including at least 1–2 years of team or project leadership experience;
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL, with experience in designing and operating ETL processes;
- Hands-on experience with data quality, including checks, metrics, and correction processes;
- Proven experience in project and client management, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication;
- Confidence in explaining data-related concepts to non-technical audiences in both Greek and English.
Nice to Have:
- Python skills for data analysis or automation, as well as experience with BI tools;
- Experience with public registries and open data, KYC/AML, non-performing loans (NPLs), or banking projects;
- Experience with entity matching, graph data, or team training.
What We Offer:
- Company car and meal allowance card;
- Annual bonus linked to the company’s performance;
- A role with genuine responsibility and direct access to senior management;
- Hybrid working in Athens and a dedicated training budget.
