Key Skills & Qualifications We’re Looking For: Data Analysis & Reporting: Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for querying, analyzing, and visualizing data. Statistical & Analytical Skills: Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling techniques. Experience with Python, R, or similar tools is a plus. Data Management: Understanding of data governance, data cleaning, and ETL processes. Communication & Storytelling: Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Federal Experience: Prior work supporting U.S. Federal organizations is preferred, but not required. Clearance: U.S. Federal security clearance or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
