Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analysis, and system administration, with the ability to optimize data-related tools and solutions. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who can identify key insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain efficient databases and data storage solutions to ensure seamless data access and organization.

• Develop data workflows to ensure accurate and reliable data collection, storage, and retrieval.

• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can support business objectives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics and data requirements.

• Manage and optimize data-related software tools including texting platforms, autodialing systems, and segmentation & scoring tools.

• Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive reports based on data analysis to support ongoing business initiatives.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to align data solutions with business needs.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in data management, analysis, and database administration.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
