We actively seek a Data Analysts to join our team, focusing on delivering impactful analytical solutions and insights across various departments. These roles involve close collaboration with business partners to understand their needs and leverage data for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering sessions with business partners and document business requirements and data mappings.
Translate business needs into data solutions and manage data analytics projects.
Develop automated reporting on key performance metrics using tools like Tableau.
Collaborate with stakeholders to extract and communicate business insights.
Enhance data models using Python, SQL, and AWS tools (e.g., Glue, Athena, Step Functions).
Assist with data extraction and analysis for priority projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
Strong communication skills to convey data-driven insights.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is beneficial.
