Data Analyst

Our client, a driving force to serve the hard-of-hearing community, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team!

Location: Remote - Cannot be in California, Alaska, Hawaii, Montana & New Mexico

Salary: $100,000-120,000/yr

About this role:

• Partner with business leaders and C-suite stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses, root cause analysis, forecasting, and performance/KPI reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support A/B testing and advanced analytics initiatives, translating results into recommendations for the business.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Reporting, and cross-functional teams on data needs, automation, and improving analytics capabilities.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, statistical analysis, forecasting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, DAX, Python and/or R, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience building Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards and presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting, ROI/attribution, and large datasets.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to gather requirements, solve complex problems, and turn data into actionable business recommendations.
