Data Analyst

At Nativeminds, we build B2C subscription-based products used by millions. We're looking for a Data Analyst who will turn data into actionable insights and drive measurable business impact.

This role goes beyond reporting. You'll work closely with Product, User Acquisition and Engineering teams to understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.

What You'll Own;

• Analyze the full user journey from acquisition to retention and identify opportunities for growth
• Track and deep-dive into key metrics such as conversion, activation, engagement, retention, churn, and LTV
• Identify user behavior patterns, friction points, and drop-offs through data
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to monitor product performance
• Design and analyze A/B tests and product experiments, measure impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Partner closely with Product, User Acquisition and Engineering teams to solve business and product questions with data
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to uncover new insights and growth opportunities
• Take ownership of analytical projects from defining the problem to delivering insights and measuring impact

What We're Looking For;

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Analyst or a similar role
• Experience with B2C products, subscription models, growth, payments analytics
• Strong SQL and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation and payments analytics
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Superset, Tableau)
• Experience in tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Firebase)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High ownership mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
