This is a remote position.

AstrikCoders is looking for a Data Analyst to join our remote team and turn data into meaningful insights that support better business and product decisions.

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources. You will work closely with different teams to identify trends, measure performance, build reports and dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and communicating insights clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within datasets.
  • Track and analyze key business and performance metrics.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business questions.
  • Perform statistical and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams on data-related projects.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical workflows.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role; freshers with strong analytical skills may also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
