Data Scientist / Data Analyst – Pricing & Cost Control Solutions

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist / Data Analyst to solve complex business challenges within parts and contract pricing, warranty claim assessment, and cost control analysis. This role combines strong Python engineering with mathematical and statistical expertise to develop, deploy, and continuously improve advanced data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore and analyze data, translating business requirements into data science problems and solutions.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve machine learning, deep learning, statistical, and optimization models.
• Build and maintain Python code and pipelines for model training and inference.
• Deploy and maintain containerized solutions using AWS SageMaker AI, ECS, and Snowflake.
• Perform data analysis and processing in Snowflake using Snowpark and SQL.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver practical, production-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Degree or equivalent background in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
• Strong Python programming and software development skills.
• Experience developing and applying machine learning or statistical models.
• Practical knowledge of Git and collaborative software development.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for deep learning.
• Familiarity with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS, EC2, etc.), Snowflake, and Snowpark.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and deployment workflows.
