- Elicit, analyse, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear analytical and technical requirements.
- Define KPIs, metrics, data definitions, and calculation logic.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Ensure consistency of reports across departments.
- Support automated and recurring reporting solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business users, data engineers, developers, and leadership.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and review sessions.
- Support UAT and validate outputs against business requirements.
- Support data quality standards and governance initiatives.
- Identify data gaps, risks, and inconsistencies.
- Promote standardized definitions and best practices.
- Participate in Agile or Waterfall project delivery.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization.
- Manage changes to requirements and assess impacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in iGaming is a must
- Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher English level required. (One of the interview stages will be conducted in English)
