Data Analyst

Location: Bidborough House, London (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week)

Contract Length: 12 Months

Rate: £200-£220 per day (Umbrella)

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join the Space Utilisation Product Team within a large Digital Campus programme. This role will focus on reporting, stakeholder engagement, dashboard development, and data-driven insights to support space utilisation and estate management initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience with Snowflake or similar big data platforms

Strong Power BI and/or Tableau expertise

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Data reporting, analysis, and visualisation experience

Stakeholder management and requirements gathering

Experience working within Agile environments

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance reporting solutions and dashboards

Analyse and interpret complex datasets

Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements

Produce clear documentation and insights for business users

Support integration of reporting processes into BAU operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven outcomes
