Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst – Power BI / SQL / Snowflake

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per month). Spain-based candidates are also welcome.

Contract: 12 Months (Extendable)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to analyse manufacturing, quality, supply-chain and regulatory data, delivering actionable insights through dashboards, reporting and statistical analysis within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, anomalies and business insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations for business stakeholders.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessments and statistical analysis.
• Automate recurring reports and analytics to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure data governance, traceability and use of validated data sources.
• Support R&D analytics involving clinical trials, process development and active ingredients.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SQL, data profiling and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Snowflake and Python.
• Knowledge of dbt, Collibra and Confluence.
• Experience in dashboard development, data visualisation and business reporting.
• Understanding of manufacturing, quality, supply chain or pharmaceutical / R&D data is preferred.
