We're looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing international Data & Analytics team. In this role, you'll work across multiple business functions, helping decision-makers better understand performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement through data.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse business performance and translate findings into clear recommendations
• Build, optimise, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Perform deep-dive analyses and modelling using Python
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and answer critical questions through data
• Proactively identify opportunities where data can create value
• Support the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organisation
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and locations to improve reporting standards and methodologies
• Contribute to ongoing improvements within the Analytics function

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling and DAX
• Experience using Python for data analysis and modelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional fluency in both German and English
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional travel within the Netherlands
