About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with at least 5 years of professional experience to lead analytical initiatives, develop BI solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The role combines hands-on analytics, Business Intelligence, data governance, and stakeholder management, working closely with business teams and leadership.

This position follows a hybrid working model in Valencia, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical projects and BI initiatives.
• Design and implement dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Establish reporting, data governance, and quality standards.
• Drive self-service analytics, data democratization, and data literacy initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of BI and analytics platforms.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization.
• Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices.
• Experience with self-service analytics and data democratization.
• Strong data storytelling and executive presentation skills.
• Understanding of predictive analytics fundamentals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence business decisions with data.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Valencia, Spain.
