Position Title: Analyst, Air Analytics

Reporting to: Director Air Contracting and Analytics

Department: Contracting

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) or FL - Remote

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst, Business Intelligence & Analytics to support data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions, including Air Contracting, Trip Protection Product (TPP), Finance, Operations, and other commercial teams. This role will be responsible for developing reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring data quality and accessibility, performing ad hoc analyses, and providing actionable insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen, enabling them to translate complex data into clear recommendations and scalable reporting solutions. This individual will play a key role in advancing reporting automation, process improvement, forecasting, and performance measurement initiatives across the organization.

This position reports to the Director, Air Contracting & Analytics

  1. Reporting & Business Intelligence (50%)
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions that support operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Build new data visualization capabilities and continuously enhance existing reporting to improve usability and business impact.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Drive automation of recurring reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
  1. Data Management & Quality (25%)
  • Partner with the Data Warehouse, Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders to improve data quality, availability, and system performance.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.
  • Ensure critical business data is accurate, accessible, and efficiently integrated across reporting platforms.
  • Support data validation, testing, and implementation efforts for new data sources and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to data governance initiatives that improve reporting consistency and reliability.
  1. Business Analytics & Strategic Support (25%)
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives, operational improvements, and leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze performance trends related to pricing, profitability, customer behavior, product adoption, revenue, operational efficiency, and other key business drivers.
  • Support forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and business partners in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data management, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI/DAX and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of gathering user request and translating into technical requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Total Rewards
The base salary range for this role is $83,000 – $97,000 annually for employees based in Boston, MA. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and first-class benefits, which include:
