Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Data Analyst in Lithuania, or any other EU location.

You will:

  • Build and maintain databases: Work with SQL databases, design simple data models, and keep data structured, accurate, and reliable.
  • Support data engineering tasks: Assist with light ETL work, including connecting to APIs, cleaning and transforming data, and preparing it for reporting.
  • Analyze data: Explore datasets to answer business questions, spot trends, and support decision-making across client projects.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards: Create dynamic, user-friendly dashboards that tell the story behind the data and help clients make confident decisions.
  • Communicate insights clearly: Present findings in a way that both technical and non-technical audiences can understand.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with senior data experts and consultants, learning from them while contributing your own ideas.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
  • SQL skills.
  • Basic understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Fluency in English; Lithuanian is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Python or R.
  • The role can be shaped around your strengths, whether you’re more technical, more business-oriented, or looking to grow in both areas. If you love working with data and want to develop your skills in a supportive, flexible environment, we’d love to hear from you!

    Benefits:

  • Professional Growth – We support your career development, offering performance and salary reviews once a year to ensure your progress is recognized and rewarded;
