Le'Fant is seeking a junior or mid-level career Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, data quality, surveys, operational research, and program-performance activities for a federal mission focused on healthcare, benefits, and support programs for service members. This role is contingent upon contract award, but we are connecting with qualified candidates now to support potential program startup if the contract is awarded. Let's talk!

What You'll Do:

• Extract, clean, validate, reconcile, and analyze DES and SCAADL data.
• Develop reports, metrics, statistics, trends, and data visualizations.
• Perform and support statistical, comparative, trend, and root-cause analyses.
• Support DES Quality Assurance Program analytics.
• Support data requirements associated with the Disability Annual Report and Inspector General reporting.
• Support satisfaction surveys and survey-data analysis.
• Support DES system-of-record/VTA data-quality activities.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change analysis.
• Support operational research, analytics, and reporting.
• Support scientific studies and initiatives.
• Support data/VTA training.
• Perform case and SCAADL data analysis.
• Provide analytical support for meetings and reporting activities.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• All work must be performed within the United States.
• Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background investigation and suitability requirements applicable to the position, including the ability to obtain a Public Trust determination if required.

Qualifications

• Junior- to mid-level professional experience in data analysis, statistics, business analytics, program analysis, operational research, or a related field.
• Experience working with structured data and performing data validation and analysis.
• Ability to identify trends, discrepancies, patterns, and data-quality issues.
• Ability to develop reports, metrics, statistics, and visualizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting federal, DoD, VA, healthcare, or disability programs is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other applicable data-analysis/reporting tools.

Pay Transparency

There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Annual salary is just one component of Le'fant's total compensation package. Le'fant provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401k plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. This commitment applies across temporary, part-time, full-time, and salaried positions, complying with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds. A reasonable estimate of the current annual salary range is $70,000 to $90,000.00
