About Tabby: Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success. We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today. What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along. About the Role: We report our customers’ repayment behaviour to Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) and Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH). That data follows people to every other lender in the country, so getting it right matters to them and to us. This role owns that pipeline end to end: the daily submissions, the logic behind them, the errors that come back, and the disputes customers raise when something looks wrong. You will sit between a regulator and our production data models, and you will be the person who knows how both actually work. Key Responsibilities Run the daily cycle — submissions, acknowledgements and error reports — and fix errors at the source rather than patching the output. Resolve customer disputes within SLA: check the claim against our data, correct or remove the record where it is warranted, and escalate the rest to the right team. Own the reporting logic in dbt on BigQuery, along with the exclusion lists and data-quality checks that sit around it. Build reporting logic for new products and validate it with Credit Bureau before go-live. Tune submission volume and cadence against the Credit Bureau data dictionary. Be our point of contact with the Credit Bureau for clarifications, Service Desk tickets and processing capacity. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 2-4 years of experience as a data, risk or reporting analyst in a lending company, fintech, financial services or similarly regulated environment. Strong SQL, and real experience working with large datasets in BigQuery. The ability to read a technical specification closely and apply it exactly as written. An investigative habit: you check the data before you act on a ticket, and you write down what you found. Fluent English, written and spoken — you will be working with a regulator, customer service teams and engineers. Comfort with fixed SLAs, and the patience to work with an external counterparty that moves at its own pace. Benefits Medical Insurance We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team. A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one. You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career. Participation in the company’s employee stock options programme (ESOPs) Flexi Perks: A monetary benefit that gives you the freedom to use it as you choose—whether for health and well-being, education and professional development or travel needs!
