Role Description The Data Analyst Intern will support the analysis of healthcare data to generate meaningful insights for internal teams and clients. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will clean and prepare datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, build basic data models, and assist in creating reports and dashboards. The role will involve interpreting trends, identifying patterns, and presenting findings in clear, concise formats for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is an internship role and will be performed fully remotely, requiring proactive communication and collaboration with cross-functional team members based in Mumbai and other locations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Statistics for data interpretation and hypothesis testing.
- Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with Data Modeling concepts and basic database structures.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to explain analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Interest in healthcare analytics and willingness to learn domain-specific concepts is an advantage.
