Will you be part of what comes next? ⚜️ About You This role is a great fit if you have: 5+ years of experience working in data modelling and analytics, with proven production experience in dbt — not pilots or courses, but real models running and maintained in a live environment. Strong SQL skills on a cloud data warehouse, ideally Snowflake . Solid experience with dimensional modelling (Kimball) , especially designing and accelerating fact tables . Comfort working with Git‑based workflows , including peer review as a natural part of your process. Experience building semantic models in Power BI , including DAX measures and row‑level security (RLS). Fluent English for daily collaboration. …and some more points: You enjoy refining definitions with business analysts and controllers. You’re comfortable reviewing the work of colleagues and contributing to shared standards. You value clarity, ownership, and delivering models that are easy to understand and maintain. Bonus points if you have: Experience with finance or sales data (ERP, CRM) and an eye for definition differences across an organisation. Exposure to NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Tagetik, or Pigment as data sources. Experience with CI/CD for Power BI and the PBIP format. Interest in AI‑assisted development within this stack. ⚜️ What You’ll Be Doing Building dimensional models (Kimball) in dbt on Snowflake , from staging to the serving layer. Developing core sales pipeline domains : opportunity funnel, sales actuals, delivery and margin reporting, and later group management reporting. Extending your dbt models into the semantic layer in Power BI . Implementing historical logic (dbt snapshots, SCD2), data quality tests , and contributing to the CI/CD pipeline . Working closely with business analysts and controllers to sharpen definitions and ensure alignment across countries. Reviewing colleagues’ work and contributing to a high‑quality modelling standard. Collaborating in a distributed team across NL, DE, CH, PT, and MY, using English daily.
