Data & Analytics Intern

We’re a purpose-driven scale-up, based in Amsterdam and active across Europe, with a diverse and international team. Our mission is simple: sell unsold inventory. As our Data Intern at Otrium, you will play a key role at improving our data and ensuring that every decision we make is driven by Data. You’ll be part of Otrium’s data team and work on improving our data platform, help close gaps in our data, apply ML and AI solutions and answer complex questions about our customers and our business.

• Enrolled at a University in the Netherlands
• Studying a relevant degree for the internship
• Available from January for a duration of 6 months, 32 - 40 hours per week
• Living within a 1-hour one-way commute from our Houthavens office (ideally)
• Flexible, curious, open-to-learn, tech-savvy, open for a challenge... with a great sense of humour!
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
• Eager to take ownership of a project for the duration of the internship, for example a thesis internship project

• Develop robust data solutions according to business requirements from ideation to reporting to provide a variety of stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations
• Leverage analytics, artificial intelligence & machine learning to answer complex questions about our customers and our business
• Identify & resolve technical, performance and data issues with the data platform and our reporting platform (Omni)
• Challenge various teams on metrics/KPIs, develop improved metrics and identify process improvement opportunities, supporting teams to take data-driven decisions

• €550 per month internship allowance (based on full time)

• Travel cost reimbursement (if more than 10km away from the office).
