Job Description
This is a remote position.
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Leader with strong expertise in Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Client Engagement, and Delivery Leadership. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by leading analytics transformation initiatives, building data-driven solutions, and managing enterprise client relationships across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Data & Analytics practice initiatives including Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Delivery Governance, and Capability Building.
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and propose scalable Data & Analytics solutions.
- Drive RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, estimation, proposal creation, and client workshops.
- Define data transformation strategies covering Data Engineering, BI & Reporting, Cloud Analytics, AI/ML, and Governance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify opportunities and support business growth.
- Lead large-scale analytics programs and ensure successful delivery with quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Build and mentor high-performing Data & Analytics teams across technologies and domains
- Provide thought leadership on modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and analytics trends.
- Establish best practices, reusable accelerators, frameworks, and delivery standards.
- Manage executive-level stakeholder communication and client relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with strong exposure to Pre-Sales and Delivery Leadership.
- Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI/Visualization, and Cloud Analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.
- Experience in solutioning for enterprise analytics and digital transformation programs.
- Strong experience in client-facing roles including consulting, stakeholder management, and proposal management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple engagements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
