Position Summary

This role is responsible for transforming NBO, project, and business data into actionable business intelligence, enabling management teams to make informed decisions and improve commercial effectiveness. The role also supports the development and maintenance of commercial digital tools, Power BI dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics solutions to enhance project management efficiency and business visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Commercial Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze NBO, pipeline, project, and customer data from multiple systems.

• Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports.

• Monitor NBO performance, project status, revenue, and forecast accuracy.

• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Support management reviews with data-driven insights.

2. Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for project management, forecasting, and business performance tracking.

• Ensure that dashboard data is accurate and consistent and that dashboards are user-friendly.

• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.

• Develop KPI tracking mechanisms and data visualization tools.

3. Digital Tool Development & Maintenance

• Support the continuous development, optimization, and maintenance of commercial digital tools.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.

• Drive process standardization and digitalization initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Required

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience in Power BI dashboard development

• Proficiency in Power Query

• Experience in data modeling and visualization

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce and Dynamics 365)

Preferred

• Python skills for data analysis

• Fundamental knowledge of AI and machine learning

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in data analytics, statistics, business administration, computer science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, commercial excellence, or business analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data storytelling and visualization capabilities, business acumen, and a commercial mindset

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning
